Chicken Day!
Today most people think of as Valentine's Day, but a new holiday has emerged: Chicken Day! Today Niki (my girlfriend) the "pseudo vegetarian" took the dive strait into a piece of grilled chicken. Things went great, no puking and no hitting me for suggesting that she start eating meat again, and she even like it!
