Red Rings Of Death (RROD)

Just off the heals of Microsoft's new 3 year warranty program with the Xbox 360, they have opened up an automated website to handle the slue of repairs coming in. The website,, guides you through the whole process even giving you real-time info on tracking info and service progress. After dealing with customer service in India, or wherever, I'm glad to know that when if my SEVENTH box breaks that I won't have to repeat my name 12 times to someone that barely speaks English...
