Bungie says that Construct is a vertical level (a la Prisoner), and that it's great for close quarter combat. Which just happens to be my favorite kind of combat! Also, you'll notice the name, Construct, which is officially what the Monitors are called. The Monitors (remember 343 Guilty Spark from Halo 1) job is to assist in activating Halo, AKA: destroy all sentient life in the galaxy. So expect Construct to be Forerunner in nature and maybe have a few surprises.
