More Halo 3 Maps On The Way.

When Halo Wars ships March 3rd it is going to include 3 new multiplayer maps for Halo 3 inside. Pretty smart marketing on Microsoft's party... Of course you'll be able to buy the maps without buying Halo Wars but that will be a few months down the line, and really what self-respecting Halo fan could wait that long?

The new Mythic Map Pack will include three new maps: Assembly, Orbital, and Sandbox. Sandbox is of course the picture above, Assembly I've talked about here, and Orbital has yet to be shown to the public.

Sandbox looks pretty cool to me, I've always been a fan of Sandtrap and this looks like more of the same. The difference with Sandbox seems to be that all the pieces could be removable, so that would make for a great sandbox to Forge around in...

You see what I did there?

Fan Made Halo Costumes.

This was all made by a couple of Halo fans over at 405th.com a get this: "Costume community of the Halo universe". I didn't know there was such a big market for this stuff, but danm some good stuff sure comes out of it.

Be sure to check out www.405th.com for some more cool pictures.

Tip: Never point your gun at your face while your messing with it. No way that's the real Master Chief.

Halo + Lego's = Awesome.

Now we've seen Halo/Lego's mash-ups before, but non that try to recreate the thrilling ending to Halo 3.

Arby 'n' Chief: Episode 4 - Melee.

Episode 4 covers the 'problems' with Bungie's current melee system that I talked about in my last post. These videos are always great for a laugh, but you always learn something from the Arbiter too...

Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 - Dev Diary #2

RB6: Vegas ended with a pretty big cliffhanger, not as bad as Halo 2 but a cliffhanger non the less. This "diary" goes in to some details about the multiplayer aspects of Vegas 2. From jump-in jump-out co-op, to Terrorist Hunt, and good old multiplayer. They go on to talk about there 'revamped' matchmaking system, it looks just like the old one if you ask me. All I gotta say is: there better be a party system so I can play ranked games with my friends, or it's straight back to Halo Ubisoft!

The Halo Cover - Remastered.

Someone went to a lot of trouble to get this right. I can't even imagine how long this took to setup.

Bungie Leaves Microsoft.

What? Didn't Microsoft just make $300 million in one week from Bungie? Sounds like a good time to drop your only Ace in the hole right? Well don't worry, Microsoft owns Halo so that's not going anywhere. Also, Bungie is still contracted to do more 'Halo' games for Microsoft, Xbox or otherwise.

What will Bungie do? Go back to making games for the Mac? Finally make Pimps At Sea? No one know, but as long as Bungie is still making Halo games for (only) Microsoft I'm cool with the split.

A badass Brute Chieftain.

The word on the street is that there is some love story between Cortona and the MC in Halo 3...

Hey, that's not a sticky grenade?

Guitar Hero: Halo Style.

This is from a modded PS2, still pretty cool that people are adding their own music and Halo on top of that!

Master Chief Meets Samus.

First off this video is long... So I suggest letting it load and then just skipping though. You have to watch the last 4 minutes though, and definitely the last 25 seconds...
